First, you may need to claim your points. Let’s walk you through that now:

Claim My Points

  1. If you have yet to claim recognition points, you will see an alert similar to this one in the web app:

  1. Click on the Claim My Points button, and your points total will update.

Now that you have claimed your points, it’s time to redeem! You may see these two options:

  1. If you have no points, or not enough points to redeem, you will see this in your account:
